Randy Gularte has been one of the top real estate producers, over the last twenty years, in the residential real estate market from single family homes, condos, land, ranches, and commercial sales. He achieved the status of "Top Listing Agent in Napa County" in 1996.

His community involvement has been extensive, from chairperson to committee member for non-profit fundraising groups. He has been actively involved in representing builders from land aquisition, obtaining city approvals, to marketing and handling subdivisions (new homes, condos, PUD's, land and lots). He has also represented many investors, over the last 20 years, in many investment/commercial properties. Randy has been married 19 years to wife Crystal, and has three daughters Ages 15, 12, and 9.
