 Minimum stay is 1 week
We have Short and Long Term rates, based upon number of people in party and length of stay
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking, balance due upon arrival
A $200.00 refundable security/damage deposit is collected upon arrival
Cancellation policy: Should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, we shall assess a charge against your deposit in the following percentages:
100% refund . . . . 90 days before arrival date
30% charge . . . . . 89 - 61 days before arrival
50% charge . . . . . 60 - 46 days before arrival
100% charge . . . . . within 45 days of arrival date
We request you do not smoke indoors
Children are welcome but we cannot allow pets
Personal checks and cash accepted
